By purchasing or accessing any His & Hers Fitness program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Programs & Access
His & Hers Fitness offers a monthly subscription at $39.99/month, which includes full access to all programs. A 7-day free trial is included for new subscribers — no charge until your trial ends. Access is granted to the individual account holder only and may not be shared or transferred.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
His & Hers Fitness programs are for informational and fitness purposes only. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk. His & Hers Fitness is not liable for any injury or health complications arising from program use.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your 7-day free trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription renews monthly at $39.99. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your content, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All workout content, videos, images, and program materials are the intellectual property of His & Hers Fitness. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
